Firmware update process described in the manual. Unzip the firmware archive, copy the .dat file in the root directory of the SD card, rename as fw.dat.
Reboot in bootloader mode, excute update, the board automatically reboots on completion. Remove the fw.dat file or archive it in another folder of the card to prevent any unwanted update from further occuring.
