Plecter Labs proposs a repair service accessible in the "Service" section of the website. A proper RMA must be obtained from Plecterlabs before purchasing such a service on the website. Any returned product must be shipped with a printed note containing the product order #, the email address along with the customer name and shipping adress, and finally the product issue / defect. The boards must be fully cleaned and the soldering pads totally emptied and solder free. Non cleaned boards repairs will be charged twice.
Please allow 3 weeks for a board to be repaired.

We (Plecter Labs) are NOT repairing boards made by other manufacturers.
► It's a flat rate repair fee that works as follow :
- it's supposed to cover some time and parts involved in the repair, as well as the shipping for returning the board to the customer (First class mail with basic tracking)
- if time, parts or shipping involved in the repair exceed that basic fee, a quote will be made to the customer
- If it's determined very early in the debug that the old board is completely un-salvage-able, then the customer will be proposed a replacement board (if they are available) for a reasonable price.
- Shipping option / service to send the board back to the customer will be proposed with the best match the remaining budget. If extra service is needed (tracking, insurance), a quote will be made too.
