A graflex hilt with our electronic modules, 4 AA rechargeable battery pack and a blade mount is about 700g. For a hilt made out our 35 mm chromed tube, thinner, the weight is about 600g (same hilt length, 26-28 cm). A 25/21 mm blade weight about 170g, a 20/16mm blade weight 25% less, about 125g.
